Ok gang! Thanksgiving weekend is coming on up and we have a Sublime Saturday event for you. A fun little morning where you can compete with some Olympic lifts and/or go for a 3 k run through the beautiful Kildonan Park. Then we hang out and have some food and drinks! Lift, Run, Hang.

Monday

DB Flye, Trap 3, Rev Sled Drag, Curls, Tricep Extn + Lifting

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat

Building: Hang Sn, Sn Deadlift

Tuesday

Lunges, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Band hip flexion + Conditioning (some* running)

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

TGU, CGBP or Ring Dips, Sled push/pull, Couch Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Hang Cln, Push Jerk

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Garhammer + Lifting

Everyone: Tempo FS/BS

Saturday
