Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

TGU, CGBP, Sled Drag, Row, Couch Stretch
Foundation: Deadlift, Landmine Press
Building: 3 pos-Cl + FS, Push Press

Friday

Everyone: Tempo FS BS
