Building – Power Clean & Jerk + Back Squat & Muscle Ups

Foundation – Front Squat & Pull Ups + Incline DB Bench + Everyones favorite… the Turkish Get Up!

 

Tuesday:

Building & Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Wall Ball, KBS, Burpee)

 

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Lactic Power Intervals (AD + Sled) + Aerobic Row

 

Thursday:

Building – Hang Snatch + Thruster + Power Clean + Lactic Power (AD)

Foundation – Rest

 

Friday:

Building – Low Intensity Aerobic + MOB Prep for 14.4

Foundation – Deadlift + Bench Press + Pull Ups + Split Squats!

 

Saturday:

Building – 14.4

Foundation – CrossFit Style Aerobic (KBS, Lunges, Burpees, Row)
