WEEKEND WORKOUTS

Community-based weekend workouts.

Sat: Group |  Sun: Open Gym

Saturdays: choose between All Conditioning or All Lifting. The All Lifting option is for the Building/Being athletes who want a dedicated lifting session (often to max). The All Conditioning option is for any athlete who knows they need to improve their conditioning for what they want in life.

Sublime Saturdays: A Sublime tradition! Special events, usually a variety of fun, friendly competitions, held approximately once a month. Watch the calendar and come out and cheer on your fellow gym members and have fun!

Sundays: Open Gym: this is a time where you can make up a workout you missed during the week or practice anything you feel like working on. A coach will be available to answer any questions.
