The Sublime Classics Club is perfect for those of you who want to stay active even as life tries to slow you down. We offer a series of lower impact workouts, based on our Foundation Program, that can keep you motivated week in and week out. Our goal with the Classics Club is to allow you the opportunity to exercise with a group of your peers and to preserve your ability to move all your joints through a healthy range of motion, while maintaining the muscle mass to keep you independent into old age.
