Foundation – Deadlift + Bench Press(paired with Satans tricycle) 🙂

Thursday:

Building – Snatch + Back Squat/Pull Up + Full Body strength/stability work

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building – Power Clean + Muscle Up/Ring Dip… Push Press + AirDyne

Foundation – Front Squat + Pull Up work + Full Body strength/stability work

Saturday:

Park Play Date.
