Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Full Body strength intervals

Thursday:

Building – Clean and Jerk + Back Squat

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building and Foundation – Deadlift/Incline Bench + Running Sprints

Saturday:

Building and Foundation – Park workout! SUNS OUT GUNS OUT!
