Hi everyone,
This Saturday July 20th we will be having a Sublime team workout at 9AM at Kildonan Park. Please note that regular classes will be cancelled so we can get outside and have some fun.
Meet up at the field south of the park gate, directly to the right of the entrance off of Main (I’m not sure about parking in there so best to park at the gym and walk over). Just bring your gym gear and water and be ready for a great morning in the sun!
