Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Snatch

Tuesday

Foundation Circuit, plus Conditioning: bike sprint test, plus 20 min at aerobic pace

Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Row, Calf Raise, Tuck ups, FS, Ham Curls

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Hng CL + Jerk, Push Press

Friday

DB Bench, Scap Pull ups, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90 stretch

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat

Saturday

Long Circuit
