Alright guys, it’s the beginning of a new cycle and the beginning of a new year! Feats of Strength was a great time and I’m happy with how many of you showed up to test things out. And so many people PR’d on lifts they hadn’t even been practicing regularly so that’s exciting. It means that the combination of everything you’re doing on a weekly basis is making you stronger in general rather than just a skill increase on specific lifts.
