Week Preview -Sept 1-Sept 6

Alright everyone, we have a holiday workout on Monday and we will be using the parking lot. Don’t park in the lot on Monday or Saturday because we will be using it for both.

Reminder that because it’s a short week the days are rearranged a bit. And also if you aren’t registered for the in house comp this Saturday there will be no regular workout.

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Aikins Run, Calf Raise, V ups, FS, Leg Curl

Interval Conditioning

Friday

Incline Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90

Foundation: Deadlift, Landmine Press
Building: 3 pos CJ, Push Press

Saturday

In House Comp + BBQ!
