This will be like a longer Saturday workout with a bbq lunch at the end but you will need to register in advance for it, so keep your eyes open for an email I’ll be sending out with the details.

Incline Bench, Scap Pullups, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90
Foundation: Deadlift, Landmine Press
Building: CJ, Push Press
Being: Air Squats, HSPU or PU, Cleans
Friday
Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Run, Couch Stretch
Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Plus Everyone: Abs
Being: S2O, Thrusters, Row
Saturday
Hyrox Workout (be ready to run, it’s not long stretches but you WILL run a lot)
