Week Preview July 21-26

Hey everyone, we have a big comp coming up this weekend with 5 TEAMS of 2 competing from our gym and the Outland Games in Altona on Saturday. It’s unfortunate that it’s all the way out in Altona but it’s always a really fun day for anyone looking for a day trip!

Monday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Hg Sn
Being: DB OHS, Burpees over rower

Tuesday

30 min aerobic pace conditioning (that’s right, nothing to stress you out here)

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Row, Calf Raise, Tuck ups, FS, Leg Curl

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: CJ, Push Press
Being: Long Assault Bike

Friday

DB Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90 pulses

Foundation: Variety Movement Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Being: Air Squats, push ups, cleans

Saturday

Long Interval Conditioning
