This is the last week of this 6 month cycle and 7 week block. We will deload a bit (not lift as heavy) this week and then Saturday we do Feats of Strength. You can pick from a list of two exercises you want to test and then we have a third mystery event.

Being: Clean Complex

Tuesday

Interval Conditioning + core

Wednesday

Conditioning (running) and Stretch

Thursday

DL, Band Pull in, Flye, Powell Raise, Nordic Curl

Foundation: Lunge BS Complex, Bent over Row
Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Around the World (recovery conditioning) + 20 min Stretch

Saturday
