We have now officially kicked off our summer months. It’s completely normal to shift your focus to other things during the summer and for your regular workouts to become less frequent. HOWEVER, with a bit of thought and planning, it is usually quite easy to maintain a regular exercise routine even if the workouts are slightly less frequent. If you’d like some help with figuring out what’s best for you talk to your coaches!

Tuesday
WB Workout – The one with running
Wednesday
Conditioning (no running) and Stretch
Thursday
Step up, Sled Drag, Dips or push ups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch
Foundation: Split Squat, Bent over Row
Building: Snatch/CJ
Friday
DL, CBP, Lsit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl
Foundation: Conditioning, Core
Building: Push Press/Strict Press
Saturday
Bench Press & Partner Conditioning
