Interval Conditioning

Friday

DB Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90

Foundation: DL, SA Landmine Press
Building: Clean + Jerk, Push Press
Being: AMRAP8 Air Squats, PU’s, Cleans

Saturday

Long Interval Conditioning
