The first week of the new cycle was great! Busy classes and everyone really thinking about how to challenge themselves with the things that will help them meet their specific goals. I saw quite a few people show up last week, as well, who I know are having a hard time just finding the balance in life to fit in a few regular workouts and that was really wonderful too.
