Building – Clean + Clean Battery + MU/Dips/HSPU/Deadlift

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – AirDyne + Aerobic Intervals (Row/Sled Push/Burpees)

Building – Lactic Endurance Circuits (Box Jumps/KBS/Push Press/Pull Ups/Thrusters/Burpees)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Push Press + DB Bench + Full Body Strength

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch + EMOTM of (Pull Up/Ring Dip/KBS)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Front Squat + Bench Press + Full Body Strength

Building – Lactic Endurance ….. Row

 

Saturday:

Foundation – Row + Aerobic Circuit (KBS/Wall Ball/Shuttle Run)

Building – Max Aerobic Power… Open Workout 12.???? 🙂
