Helllllooooooooooooooo!
So we have a week left in September and we are already up 11% in attendance from last year! Keep on getting into Sublime and lets grow that number in this final week of the month. We have a few things coming up for you here…
Big thanks to everyone who came out to join in on the fun of Motion Ball. The two Sublime teams raised nearly $3000 to help support Special Olympics. It was a fun day!
Our clients who have joined Brendan in the Precision Nutrition program are now a few weeks in. I know it moves slow, but remember, you can’t break old habits, or create life long habits over night. This process takes time and the goal here is long term. Keep at it!
On Wednesday, October 26th, myself, Brendan, and Dr. Jill Kazuk will be putting on a presentation that revolves around finding balance with nutrition, exercise, play time, work time…etc. More to come on that later. Jill is an excellent Naturopath, Brendan has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field, and I will be practising my stand up comedy routine.
We will be collecting our pictures for the Sublime Saturday Series Running Champs this week. Up next is the Double Baseline challenge on October 22nd!!
