New cycle begins Monday! It will continue to focus on upper body pushing & pulling, we will squeeze a little more running in before mother natures says no more!
Monday:
Foundation – Shoulder Warm Up + Pull Ups & Bench + “For Time” (Run/KBS/Burpees)
Building – Snatch + Pull Ups & Bench + “For Time” (Run/KBS/Burpees)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Mid-Line Warm Up + FSQ + Alt EMOM (Squats/S.A.KBS)
Building – C&J + FSQ + Alt EMOM (Cleans/Squats)
Wednesday:
Foundation – A lot of stuff to make you feel good and do other stuff good too… some new things, some stay the same.
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Snatch & OHS Complex + S.A Db Press + MAP (Bike/Row)
Friday:
Foundation – RFESS + S.A Db Press + A trip to Hawaii
Building – RFESS + RDL + Also get to go to Hawaii
Saturday:
Everyone: We got a doozy this weekend. Teams of two to complete (KBS/Run/WB/Burpees)
