Building – Clean + FSQ + Intervals (Burpees/Sled)
Wednesday:
Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Row/WB/Burpee/Skip/Bike/Box Jump/KBS/Crawl)
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Push Press + Bench + Arm Pump
Friday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press
Building – Clean Complex + “Christine” (Row/Deadlift/Box Jump)
Saturday:
