We made it back to the re-testing period! This week we will take a shot at beating your previous weights before we take a nice de-load week and move into a new phase of programming. Enjoy!

Monday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Bench + Chins + S.A.F.W

Building – Snatch + Push Press + Chins + S.A.F.W

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Burpees/Sled)

Building – Clean + FSQ + Intervals (Burpees/Sled)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Row/WB/Burpee/Skip/Bike/Box Jump/KBS/Crawl)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Push Press + Bench + Arm Pump

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press

Building – Clean Complex + “Christine” (Row/Deadlift/Box Jump)

 

Saturday:

Join Coach Kyle For A Partner Workout! (Row/KBS/WB/Bike/Burpees)
