Bulgarian Split Squat, QL Extension, Back Extension, Butterfly

Thursday

Salter Run: CGBP or Dips, Sled Drag, DB Row, Couch stretch

Foundation: DL, Landmine Press
Building: CJ complex, Push Press

Friday

Tempo FS/BS
