Building: OHS, Snatch, Snatch DL

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Split Squat, QL Extension, Back Extension, Band Hip Flexion, Butterfly

Interval Conditioning

Friday

Salter Run then: CGBP or Dips, Sled Drag, Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: DL, Landmine Press
Building: CJ complex, Push Press

Saturday
