Braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavvvooo to those who champed out the cold rainy Saturday morning to run the 5K Challenge!

And with that complete, we wrap up our running for the year, I am sure many of you are happy to hear those words! Next chapter of the 2017 Sublime Saturday Series brings DOUBLE BASELINE 🙂 In October! We slide into another week of our intensification phase, re-testing is right around the corner.

Monday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Inc. Bench + Pull Ups & Curls

Building – Snatch + Push Press + Pull Ups & Curls

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Bike/Sled)

Building – Cleans + FSQ + Intervals (Row/Thrusters)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Aerobic Work (Bike/KBS/BJ/Skips/Row/Burpees/WB) + Ab Work!

Building – Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Day

Building – EMOM (Snatch/Chins) + Bench & DB Row + AMRAP (Pull Ups/S2OH/Skips)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + RFESS + DB Press & Gob Sq + Upper Body Pump!

Building – Thrusters + RFESS & DB Press + For Time (Row/Cleans)

 

Saturday:

Team Workout With Coach Mel! Partners Work Through A Bunch Of WB/KBS/Burpees Box Jumps!!!!!!!
