I am sure you have all noticed it over the past few months, Sublime is buzzing. Classes are full and people are cruising right now in the program. All my charts show green (which is good), so lets keep it rolling into September. If you didn’t see it pop up, make sure to read Brendans latest blog post. I have read that book he mentions, because unlike him I really do like reading about that type of stuff. Anyway, he has some helpful hints in this short post. We have a volume de-load this week, give those sore muscles a chance to catch up! Week 6/6 wraps up with our Sublime Saturday series event, running!

Foundation – A Bunch Of Movement To Make You Feel Good And Do Other Things Good Too (Zoolander reference anyone?)
Building – Rest up…or join in today, it’s good for everyone!
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – C&J Complex + EMOM (Sn/Box Jump) + DB Bench & Ring Row
Friday:
Foundation – Lunges + DB Bench & Ring Row + EMOM (Bike/Sled)
Building – Lunges + Sumo Deads + EMOM (Bike/Sled)
Saturday:
Sublime Saturday Series! 5KM(ish) Run! It is closer to 5.5 🙂
