Building – I guess you’re alright too.
Thursday:
Foundation – Take a rest, tell someone they have nice pants.
Building – Handstand Push Ups & Pendlay Rows + Rowing
Friday:
Foundation – FSQ + Landmine Press & Pendlay + Sled Sprints
Building – FSQ + SL DB RDL + Abs/Butt/Legs
Saturday:
