Also, coming up on Wednesday, October 26th @6:30pm Sublime will be putting on a presentation. Myself, Brendan, and Dr. Jill Kazuk will be taking some time to address living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. We will touch on topics such as the physiological/biochemical side of nutrition – digestion, absorption, elimination and how all those things can be disrupted and impaired by poor eating habits, lifestyle choices, and – most commonly – stress. We will discuss understanding your ‘level’ of nutrition, what are the basics? When is it necessary to get complex? Providing practical examples around how we eat, what meals are composed of, and how those things relate to goals of the Level 1, 2 or 3 eater. The focus will be on discussing ways to be healthy, in and out of the gym. Setting yourself up for success in the short AND long term, taking the stress out of training, discussing ways to change how you think about exercise. This is open to everyone and anyone, so bring your family, friends, and anyone you believe would benefit from hearing this message. It’s free!
