Some of you got a little taste of the upcoming Sublime Saturday Series event this week! Come test out Double Baseline on Saturday, October 22nd for a chance to get your picture with the trophy!
You may have already noticed the “My Farmers Market” sign up sheets on the desk. They are offering to bring fresh local produce to the gym every Tuesday @7:00pm. The start up date for this is TBA depending on the interest we receive. Check out the website for more information!
On Wednesday, October 26th @6:30pm Sublime will be putting on a presentation. Myself, Brendan, and Dr. Jill Kazuk will be taking some time to address living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. We will touch on topics such as the physiological/biochemical side of nutrition – digestion, absorption, elimination and how all those things can be disrupted and impaired by poor eating habits, lifestyle choices, and – most commonly – stress. We will discuss understanding your ‘level’ of nutrition, what are the basics? When is it necessary to get complex? Providing practical examples around how we eat, what meals are composed of, and how those things relate to goals of the Level 1, 2 or 3 eater. The focus will be on discussing ways to be healthy, in and out of the gym. Setting yourself up for success in the short AND long term, taking the stress out of training, discussing ways to change how you think about exercise. This is open to everyone and anyone, so bring your family, friends, and anyone you believe would benefit from hearing this message.
Alright, I think that was all of it! We roll on into Block 2 of this 6 week cycle. Week 4 brings some new flavour into our routine. Little more conditioning, and some new forms of upper body push/pull!

Foundation – Chins & BB Bench + Rowing Intervals
Building – Snatch EMOM + Chins & BB Bench + Abz
Wednesday:
Foundation & Building – “For Time” (Burpee Box Jump / Deadlifts) + Walking Lunges + Abzzzzzzz
Thursday:
Foundation – A Bunch Of New Stuff To Make You Move And Feel Better
Building -H-PSN + Handstand Push Ups & Pendlay Rows + Bike Intervals
Friday:
Foundation – FSQ + Landmine Press & Pendlay Row + Sled Intervals
Building – FSQ + S.L DB RDL + Abz / Butt / Legs PUMP
Saturday:
