Week Preview: Oct.9-14

Lets get into a neeeeeeeewww cycle! We will have a compressed schedule this week, so a workout is scheduled each day for both programs. We will also have a 6am on Wednesday for you early risers! Hope you are ready for a good sweat!

Monday:

Everyone – Join Kyle For A Partner Workout!

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Press + DB Row & Ext. + AB Work

Building – Snatch + C&J + Clean Pulls

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Deadlifts + “For Time” (Gob Sq/Sled)

Building – Clean + Press & DB Row + “For Time” (Thrusters/Row)

 

Thursday:

Foundation – “For Time” (Row/Bike) + EMOM Ab Work

Building – Snatch + Deadlift + DB Bench & Push Ups & Curls

 

Friday:

Foundation – Single Leg Work + DB Bench & Push Ups

Building – EMOM Cleans + Single Leg Work + “For Time” (Bike/Burpees)

 

Saturday:

Team Workout! Join Coach Mel For A Mash Up Of WB/KBS/Bike/Burpees/Row
