Thursday:
Foundation – “For Time” (Row/Bike) + EMOM Ab Work
Building – Snatch + Deadlift + DB Bench & Push Ups & Curls
Friday:
Foundation – Single Leg Work + DB Bench & Push Ups
Building – EMOM Cleans + Single Leg Work + “For Time” (Bike/Burpees)
