Week Preview Oct 7-13

Alright we’re back to a full regular week of workouts! We have another long weekend coming up though and lots of fun things planned:

Saturday: Double Baseline – because once is never enough

Sunday: Bring a Friend!! Coach Marley is hosting a bring a friend workout. You get to bring any friend or family member for free to do a fun (not complicated) partner workout with them. If you sign up it is assumed that you are signing up for two people. Help us introduce some new people to the gym!

Monday: Teams of 4. I’ve never programmed one of these before, which means this is the first time in 7 years we’ve done one, but I’m going to do it with you so it should be a good time!

Spots are limited for all these workouts so get yourself signed up and don’t be the person who takes up a spot and cancels at the last minute.

Monday

BTN Press, Inverted Row, Sled Push, GHD Situps, Stretch

Foundation: CG Bench Press, Landmine SL DL
Building: Pwr Clean, Clean pulls

Tuesday

WB Workout!

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Deficit DL, L-sit, KOT Split Squat, QL Extension, CBP

Foundation: FS, Landmine T-bar Row
Building: Snatch, BTN Jerk

Friday

Push ups or Dips, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, Couch Stretch

Foundation: EMOM (gymnastics skills)
Building: BS

Saturday

DOUBLE BASELINE

Sunday

Bring A Friend (Partner Workout)
