We have reached De-Load Week! We will pull up on the volume but give you an opportunity to move around some heavy weights in the process.

Three Sublime ladies will be participating in a fundraiser for breast cancer this Saturday at Prairie Crossfit. Claire, Cathy, and Cristy get to work at 9:35 / 10:51 / 12:06 / 1:25…….if you are around pop in and cheer them on!

Monday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Press + Dips & Rows + ABZ

Building – Snatch Complex + Jerk + Dips & Rows + ABZ

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Deadlift + Intervals (Gob Sq/Sled)

Building – Clean Complex + Press + Intervals (Thrusters/Row)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Row/Bike/Crawl/Step Ups/Skipping/KBS)

Building – Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Day!

Building – Snatch Complex + BSQ + DB Press & Pull & BB Curl

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + BSQ + DB Walking Lunge & Hip Ext

Building – P-Cl + Deadlift + Lower Body Strength + Rowing

 

Saturday:

Come Join Coach Mel For A Partner Workout! (WB/KBS/Burpees)
