Week Preview – Oct 27-31

Okay guys, it’s getting DARK and it’s kinda rainy a lot of the time, and it’s getting cooler. There’s a good chance you’re gonna start feeling a bit low, and like, REALLY not wanting to haul your butt to the gym. But you still should. . . because you’ll sleep better and feel better if you do. And the time change transition will be easier if you maintain your routine of regular activity.

Also to cheer the place up, I will hopefully be bringing in a new furry guest from Winnipeg Animal Services for a visit every few weeks. Our first visit was from Raven on Friday and, while not completely seemless, it went really well! Thank you for your patience with my project of trying to support shelter animals.

WB Workout (if it’s not raining and you’re tough enough to put on a hoodie, there’s a running component here too, I’m going to keep pushing you out that door for as long as I can)

DB Bench, Chins, Sled Pull, Trap 3, Couch Stretch

Building: Hang Clean, Push Jerk

Tempo Squats

Long Interval Conditioning
