October! Which means a new Sublime Saturday Series event is upon us!
Nice work with our last two RPT cycles, we saw plenty of improvement as all of you moved more weight at the end of the 8 weeks. Now we have a 1 week deload/transition week before we go into a brand new cycle!

Foundation – Movement Prep + Landmine Press & DB Row + AMRAP (Chins/Abs)
Building – OHS + Clean & Jerk + AMRAP (Chins/Abs)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Row & Box Jump)
Building – FSQ + Intervals (Row&Box Jump)
Wednesday:
Foundation – Intervals (Bike/KBS/Crawl/Jumps/Row)
Building – Rest Up
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest Day!
Building – Snatch Complex + DB Bench & Push Ups + SAFW/BB Row/Pull Ups
Friday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + BSQ & Lunges + S.L Deadlifts/Pull Ups/SAFW
Building – Clean Complex + BSQ + Lunges & S.L Deadlifts + AMRAP (Row/Burpee Box Jump/Skipping)
Saturday:
Join Coach Gail for a couple “mini testers!” He will take you through mini versions of Baseline, Cindy, Helen, and Karen! (Bike/Squats/Sit Ups/Push Ups/Pull Ups/KBS/Row/WB)
