Alright, how did that first week feel!?! A little rough with the compressed schedule I know, but now we can slide into our regular routine. We will slightly increase the intensity by dropping the reps on a few movements, and we bring in BSQ to replace the Friday Lunges.

Building – Take a Rest Day
Thursday:
Foundation – You, Take a Rest Day
Building – Snatch + Deadlifts + DB Bench & BB Rows
Friday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + BSQ + S.L DB RDL & Band Squats + DB Bench
Building – Cleans + BSQ + S.L DB RDL & Band Squats + For Time (Bike/Gob Sq)
Saturday:
