Another Sublime Saturday Series Event in the books! The Hopper spit out a nasty workout for the Saturday crew to tackle!

And tackle it they did…nice job everyone!

Here comes week 7! Reps continue to drop as the weights climb!

Monday:

Foundation – Bench + Chins + Tabata Mash Up

Building – Snatch + Jerk + Chins + Tabata Mash Up

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Deadlift + Rows + Intervals (WB/Bike/KBS/Row)

Building – Clean Complex + Bench + Rows + Intervals (WB/Bike/KBS/Row)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Bike/KBS/Box Jump/Skip/Row/Burpees/Lunges)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Clean & Jerk + BSQ + DB Press & Row

 

Friday:

Foundation – BSQ + DB Row + AMRAP (Row/Burpees)

Building – Cleans + Deadlift + AMRAP (Cleans/Burpees)

 

Saturday:

Join Coach Mel For A Partner Workout! (WB/Row/KBS/Box Jump/Burpees)
