Foundation: Split Squat, Bent Over Row
Building: Push Press, Strict Press
Friday
DL, Lsit, External Rotation, Lateral Raise, KOT Split Squat
Foundation: Interval Conditioning, Core
Building: Snatch, CJ
Saturday
Bench Press, Interval Conditioning
