Week Preview: May 29 – June 3

Jay had a small intimate crew for the lifting meet on Saturday, hope you enjoyed it! Last Sublime Saturday Series event before we take a few summer months off is in a couple weeks. June 17th is the 2000m Row challenge!

We got ourselves a nice little de-load week before we slide into a new cycle, enjoy!

Monday:

Foundation – DB Mania + Press + BSQ & Chins

Building – Snatch Complex + Press + BSQ & Chins

 

Tuesday:

Everyone – Sled & Row Sprints + Strength Accessory Work

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Bike/WB/Skip/Row/Box Jump/Burpee) + Strength Accessory Work

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Clean Complex + Bench + Pendlay + Sumo Deadlift

 

Friday:

Foundation – DB Mania + Bench + Pendlay + Sumo Deadlift

Building – Intervals (Bike/WB/Skip/Row/Box Jump/Burpee) + Strength Accessory

 

Saturday:

Join Scotty For A Team Workout! Teams of two, Push Ups/Rowing/Squatting/Biking/KBS/Running!
