Hi everyone! New cycle starts Monday, shifting gears with our heavy lifting. Also we have a few members competing this upcoming weekend at The Comp at Undefeated. Mel and Ben are in the Novice category and Cathy and (partner undetermined at the moment), are competing in Masters Intermediate. Come out to see them if you’re free.

Nordic curls, Band Pull in, Flyes, Powell Raise, SL Back Extension

Foundation: Split Squat, Bent over Row
Building: Push Press/Strict Press

Friday

DL, Lsit, External Rot, Lateral Raise, KOT split Squat

Foundation: Interval Conditioning, abs
Building: Snatch/CJ
Being: DU’s, T2B

Saturday

Bench Press & Interval Conditioning
