Thanks for coming out on Saturday, the snow forced us indoors but hopefully those that made it in enjoyed my substitutions! We move onto a new cycle and get to put all the structural work from the past 3 weeks to use!

Foundation – DB Mania (Pressing/Squatting) + BSQ & Bench + Intervals (KBS/Skipping/Rowing)
Building – Snatch + BSQ & Bench + Intervals (KBS/Skipping/Rowing)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Dips/Push Ups & Chins + Intervals (Jumps/Running/Deadlift/Row)
Building – Dips/Push Ups & Chins + Intervals (Cleans/Running/Deadlift/Row)
Wednesday:
Foundation – DB Mania (Pressing/Squatting) + Intervals (KBS/Sled/Row/Burpee Box Jump)
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Intervals (Snatch/V-Ups/Row/C&J/Push Ups/Sled/Thrusters/Burpees/Running)
Friday:
Foundation – FSQ & Bench + Gob SQ & RDL + AB CITY
Building – OHS & Bench + Gob SQ & RDL + AB CITY
