Wednesday:
Everyone: Parking Lot Sled Fun + Bike Intervals + Upper Body Strength
Thursday:
Foundation – DB Mania + Press & Chins + Pendlay Row
Building – Clean Complex + Press & Chins + Pendlay Row
Friday:
Everyone: Intervals (Bike/WB/Skip/Row/KBS/Burpee) + Core Work
