Week Preview May 19-24

Ok so we’re starting this short week off with a fun holiday partner workout on Monday, then our strength days will be Tuesday and Friday to accommodate the long weekend. Please note the change if you ordinarily avoid the WB workout, because it’s one of the good ones this week. One of the best ones!

This is also the last week of this cycle so we’re doing a bit of a deload with the Foundation strength lifts.

Building: Hang Snatch, FS
Being: Handstands

Conditioning and Stretch

WB Workout! (The Strict Press)

Friday

Step ups, Split Squats, Band Pull Apart, Sled Drag, Pigeon

Foundation: SL Landmine DL, Strict Press complex
Building: Hang Clean, Push Jerk
Being: Clean Complex
