Week Preview May 13-18

Ok we’re going to have a bit more running incorporated, weather permitting, in the program so make sure you have appropriate shoes. Also I haven’t yet scheduled a holiday class for the long weekend Monday but if you want to do a workout that day let me know. If there’s enough interest, I’ll add one.

Monday

Incline Bench, Ring Row, Heavy Sled Push, Ab Wheel, Stretch
Foundation: Step ups, BTN Strict Press
Building: Hi Hang Sq Snatch, FS

Tuesday

WB Workout (weather permitting with running)

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Push ups, Ring Row, Heavy Sled Push, Running, Stretch

Foundation: FS, Landmine Row
Building: Hi Hang Squat Clean, BTN Jerk from Split

Friday

Everyone: 40 min AMRAP

Saturday

Interval Conditioning (with a little handstanding to add entertainment value)
