First week of cycle B. Oly lifts are getting into heavy singles vs the complexes weβve been doing and the Foundation strength movements change. Also WB workouts are back! Yay? π (Donβt avoid Tuesdays or Iβll just start surprising you with WB workouts randomly). This will also be the third and final week of the Sublime Open workouts on Saturday with Coach Ashley.
