Week Preview – March 9-14

First week of cycle B. Oly lifts are getting into heavy singles vs the complexes we’ve been doing and the Foundation strength movements change. Also WB workouts are back! Yay? πŸ™ (Don’t avoid Tuesdays or I’ll just start surprising you with WB workouts randomly). This will also be the third and final week of the Sublime Open workouts on Saturday with Coach Ashley.

Push ups/Dips, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, CBP

Building: Snatch, Clean Pull

Recovery Conditioning & Stretch

Seated GM, Garhammers, Rev Step up, Tib Raise, Pigeon

Foundation: Landmine SL DL, Strict Press
Building: Clean + BTN Push Jerk

Friday

Tempo Squats

Saturday
