Hello Hello!
Another week, another Open workout! We had a buzzing gym full of members grinding out a Wall Ball, KBS, Rowing workout. Week 2 provided more excitement and personal triumphs. A small number that stood out are, Brent rowing 40 Cal in the file 2 minutes(it was wild) to finish off the fourth round, Cristy tying Evo with a score of 400, and big shout out to Rachel doing the workout RX and completing 21 of the 40 wall balls.

Still 3 weeks remain, plenty of time left. If you missed a workout you receive a ‘last place’ score, keeping you in play. Everyone is still in it. Not to be outdone is our members grinding out the Crossfit Open! Cathy, Scott, Dawny, and Nicole have been putting our DB’s to good use the first two weeks. Looking forward to helping you guys this Friday for 17.3!
Okay! We got ourselves a new cycle for the next 3 weeks, it is going to focus on conditioning and core strength as we work through our ‘competition phase’! Enjoy.
