Week Preview March 3-8

Our first Sublime Open workout was this Saturday with the winners being Brock and Laura! Two more of these workouts to go. Thanks to everyone who came out to join us for our anniversary celebrations.

Monday

Push ups, Rowing, Extn Rot, Powell Raise, Sled Drag

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: 3 position P-Sn, Paused OHS
Being: 8 min EMOM (HS or Wall Walk, Kipping Pull ups)

Tuesday

KOT Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Conditioning: Long Interval, sustained pace

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Bike, DB shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Landmine Twist

Foundation: DL, SA Landmine Press
Building: Clean + Jerk, Push Press
Being: EMOM, crossovers, HS PU

Friday

Skip, Rower Ham Curl, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Being: EMOM, Wall Walk, Dual DB Cleans, DU’s

Saturday
