Week Preview March 24-29

Alright everyone we begin a new cycle! Whiteboard Workouts are back and we move on to new strength movements in Foundation. We also move away from complexes in Building towards some heavy single lifts. Now is a great time to get back into regular attendance if you’ve been less consistent for the past while.

Monday

Push ups or Dips, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, CBP

Foundation: FS, Landmine Row
Building: Sn, Clean Pulls
Being: HS Leg Lowering

Tuesday

WB Workout

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Seated GM, Garhammers, Rev Step up, Tib Raise, Pigeon

Foundation: SL Landmine DL, Strict Press
Building: Clean, BTN Jerk
Being: C2B, DU’s

Friday

Tempo Squats (yeah two weeks in a row, I know it’s weird), if you’d like to do conditioning this day you can do Wednesdays.

Saturday

Aerobic paced Conditioning
