Another week into March and another awesome Saturday for the Sublime Open. Here is what Coach Jay had to say:

Stand-out performances this week:
Stacie and Britt in a head to head see-saw battle in heat 2. each athletes strength was showcased.
Erika for courage and drive in each workout and pushing herself against people who might be a little younger.
Evo’s pacing had him clocking through at close to 1 round per minute.”

Our CrossFit Open competitors will be completing their workout Monday morning, so we will have to wait until the next week preview for an update on them!
