Week Preview March 10-15

As our Sublime Open workouts continue this Saturday the winners were Nick and Cathy (with Marley and Ben also doing the more advanced version on Friday)! One more of these workouts to go. What will it be?? Thanks to Coach Stacie for making a guest appearance at these workouts to make sure everyone is following the rules.

We’re into our last few weeks of this cycle so now is the time we’ll start to challenge the heavy weight/lower reps for Foundation strength.

Monday

Cross Bench Pullover, Cuban Rotation, SA Farmers Carry, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: 3 position P-Sn, Paused OHS
Being: 8 min EMOM (C2B, Crossovers)

Tuesday

Row, Calf Raise, Vups, FS, Ham curl

Conditioning: Long Interval, sustained pace

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Incline DB Bench, Front Lever Pull, Neck Pull, Sled Drag, 90/90

Foundation: DL, SA Landmine Press
Building: Clean + FS, Push Press

Friday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning
Building: Back Squat
Being: AMRAP

Saturday
