Week Preview: June 6-11

Thanks to those who came out Friday night! I did a quick head count at one point in the night, we had 27 people sipping margaritas, fun night.

Building – Halting Clean Deadlifts + Push Press + Rowing & Pull Ups

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – FSQ EMOM + AMRAPS (Running/Box Jump/Wall Ball/Burpees)

Building – SN EMOM + AMRAPS (Running/C&J/Wall Ball/Burpees)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Landmine Press & GHR & Curls + Farmer Walk & Pull Aparts + Bike intervals

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – FSQ Heavy 5 + EMOM’s (Snatch/HandStand/Clean/Dips)

 

Friday:

Foundation & Building – Running & Chin Ups + Sled & Bike

 

Saturday:

Team Workout: Deadlifts / Rowing / FSQ / Burpees / Bike
