First off, WALL OF FAME ALERT!
We wanted to spend a few moments to celebrate having one of the toughest women in our gym! Jenelle is as bad ass as it gets when it comes to working through to maximize her capacity as an athlete. Many of our members are often in awe of not only her capacity but her humble behaviour and ever encouraging words to all those who she encounters. Thank you for being part of our amazing community and inspiring all of our members to work as hard as you do!
We are going to begin a testing phase to gather some data, which will help us lay out the programming. This week will feature some strength tests along with some conditioning testers and we will be recording results so we can better understand where our members strengths and weaknesses are! Should be a fun week!

Building – C&J + Bench + Pendlay + Deadlift
Friday:
Foundation – Movement Prep + Bench + Pendlay + Deadlift
Building – P-Cl + 1:1 Intervals (WB/BJ/DU/Pcl) + Movement Practice
